Preserving The Past, LLC is headquartered in Rochester, New York with offices in Los Angeles, California and clients worldwide. Many features in our professional studio are designed and custom-built for working with photographs and film. Our state-of-the-art studio is modeled after any post-production lab you might see in New York City or Los Angeles using just the right color of paint on the walls (which reflects onto photos), specially engineered halogen lights to reflect daylight and 80% gray on the walls in the edit bay (the color Kodak ordered for all its lab walls). With custom-designed ‘film reel shelves’ and retro-green film rewinds, we brought a little Hollywood to Rochester… enjoy the virtual tour!
